da apostebet: Manchester City winger Adam Johnson has been tipped to make England's World Cup squad by international team-mate Steven Gerrard.
da stake casino: Johnson was handed a first call-up to the full England squad when he was named in Fabio Capello's provisional 30-man party for South Africa earlier in the month.
The 22-year-old winger's career has been on something of a meteoric rise since joining City from Championship side Middlesbrough in January.
Vice-captain Gerrard has been impressed by Johnson during a training camp in Austria in recent days and the Liverpool skipper would not be surprised to see his new international team-mate make the final 23-man squad, which will be unveiled by Capello on June 1.
"Adam has looked fantastic in training," said Gerrard."He is a typical left-winger, he gets good crosses into the box and is exciting on the ball.
"We will have to wait and see what players Fabio goes with in the final 23. But I am sure Adam has got a fantastic chance of going to the World Cup because he is a very talented player."Subscribe to Football FanCast News Headlines by Email
